DELIVERY: Within the continental United States we ship UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service. Orders outside the continental U.S. will be shipped UPS and be charged accordingly: Please e-mail us for the exact charges.  Orders delivered to a P.O. Box must go via USPS and we will charge $2 over and above our standard shipping & handling cost to cover the USPS charges. PRIVACY POLICY: All Business conducted with R.H. Eastman, Inc. remains private. We do not sell or release customer information. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Mastercard/VISA/Discover/Amex charge cards and PayPal are accepted by the PayPal system.  You may also call us to pre-pay by check.  A fee of $50 will be assessed for returned checks. DAMAGES: Shipping damage, please contact UPS promptly to report claim. Keep all packaging for UPS to retrieve. Merchandise will be replaced, not refunded. RETURNS: All R.H. Eastman products are guaranteed for material and workmanship. Collage frames must be returned in their original packaging. No cash refunds. No exchange after 45 days.
